Your tracking is broken and you don’t know it.

I tell you exactly where, how much it’s costing you, and fix it. GA4 audits, Consent Mode v2, and server-side tagging for EU, US, and Canadian teams.

✓ If tracking doesn’t validate in Preview/DebugView, I don’t bill for it.

Diagnostic

1h call to understand the real problem, not just the symptom.

02

Prioritized plan

What gets fixed first, ranked by revenue impact, fixed price.

03

Implementation

Documented technical execution. No black box.

04

Validation

Verified in Preview/DebugView before the project is marked done.

REAL CASES

Real diagnostics, with root cause and a number.

Projects delivered via digital marketing agencies. End client anonymized for confidentiality.

Legal risk / GDPR
Fashion e-commerce (DTC)

Personal data leak in server-side tracking

The server-side container was sending email, name, country, and zip code to Meta CAPI, TikTok Events API, and Google Ads even when ad consent had been denied.

Scaled architecture
Hospitality / Travel

GTM container migration at scale

Data discrepancies between properties after migrating GA4 e-commerce events from one container to another.

Before / After
Cosmetics (PrestaShop)

E-commerce dataLayer audit

Every GA4 e-commerce event failing in staging, before going live.

dbt / BigQuery
Technical portfolio, Analytics Engineering

Dimensional GA4-in-BigQuery model built with dbt

The native GA4-to-BigQuery export isn’t an analytical table, it’s a nested event log: every query re-writes the same UNNEST and carries the risk of double-counting purchases.

GEO/AEO
Own consulting practice, applied to cristhianvelasquez.com

A layered GEO/AEO measurement framework, self-applied

AI answer engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) are capturing a growing share of informational searches, and no standard measurement tool natively tells you whether your content is cited there, or how much traffic arrives from it.

Server-side tagging
Own consulting practice, applied to cristhianvelasquez.com

A self-hosted tagging server on Cloud Run, no Stape

The site measured everything client-side: with no server-side layer, GA4 hits were exposed to blockers, ITP, and third-party cookies, and there was no way to prove the skill without a client asking for it first.

WHAT THEY SAY

Don’t just take my word for it.

Testimonials from real decision-makers, from the same kind of project you already know from Case Studies.

"We had campaigns running for months and the numbers never added up. He explained exactly what was broken and why we couldn’t go live yet, no shortcuts. Once fixed, Meta and TikTok data finally made sense for the first time."

Head of Marketing
Fashion e-commerce (multi-market)

"We were afraid to touch the container because nobody really knew what was inside. He audited everything before moving a single piece, and the migration was clean: no data loss, no campaigns paused. First time a transition like this didn’t give us a scare."

Marketing Manager
Hotel distribution chain

"We were spending on DV360 and not a single conversion was registering. We’d already asked others and nobody found it. He tracked it down fast, explained the cause in plain terms, and left it working. Display channel data has been useful ever since."

Marketing Director
Multi-brand dealership

"We needed to understand which stores and channels were actually profitable, not just which sold the most. He built the reports on our own historical data and we now use them every week to make decisions. We didn’t expect someone from tracking to also know how to model the business."

FAQ

Before you reach out, this probably answers it.

Do you work with clients outside the EU?

Yes. Based in the EU, I work with agencies and companies across Spain, the rest of Europe, and clients in the US and Canada.

Can the project price change after the audit?

No. Every project price is fixed before work starts, right after the initial diagnostic. No scope surprises halfway through.

What if tracking doesn’t validate at the end?

Every project is validated in Preview/DebugView before being marked complete. If something doesn’t work as specified, it gets fixed at no extra cost.

Do you work as an agency subcontractor?

Yes, it’s one of my main channels. I work white-label when the agency requires it.

Do I need to give you full access to my accounts before we start?

No. The initial diagnostic just needs a screen-share session; I don’t need access to anything. If the project moves forward, I ask for read-only access first, and edit access only to what we’re actually going to touch, never more than needed.

What if the diagnostic shows fixing my problem isn’t worth it?

I’ll tell you directly, without artificially stretching the project. That’s exactly what the diagnostic is for: sometimes fixing something costs more than it recovers, and I’d rather tell you that upfront than bill you for a project that doesn’t make sense.
